Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs.Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ (Eph. 5:19-20).
Pick a simple hymn and sing it to yourself. Practice it for two or three repetitions, then get up and do something routine. When you stop, start up again.
About once an hour, take time to say the prayer, “Lord, what am I grateful for?” Take time to be aware and to give thanks for what is right in your life. If something spontaneously strikes you as right or beautiful or pleasant between these hourly prayers, thank God for that too. You never have to wait to be grateful
